3D animation with Adobe CC & Maya
3D animation like the kind utilized in Up, Frozen, and Toy Story 4 has taken over the cinematic box office and small screens everywhere over the last decade, and this 3D Animation class will show you how and why. In it, students will explore the 12 principles of animation by engaging in a variety of exercises, all while planning and executing their own animation scenes using Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, or OpenShot. Additionally, participants will create a portfolio reel of their finished projects, have the opportunity to share their work and collaborate with peers, and engage in lab time at the end of each session to get inspired or get questions answered. It’s time to tell a Toy Story of your own!
Please Note!: Students must bring their own laptop, mouse, and Adobe account (free trials work too!)
